Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Milu mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. The Service is intended for use by parents, guardians, and authorized caregivers.

You may sign in using your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Notify us immediately at support@milu.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may use the Service to track baby-related activities for babies in your care and share access with invited caregivers. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, share access with unauthorized persons, reverse engineer the app, or introduce harmful code.

You retain ownership of the data you enter. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

When you invite a collaborator, you grant them access to view and add tracking data for that baby. You are responsible for ensuring collaborators are authorized. You can remove collaborators at any time.

The Service is a personal tracking tool only. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for your child's health questions.

All rights in the Service — including design, code, and the "Milu" name — are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to use our trademarks or logos.

The Service relies on third-party services including Google and Apple. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend your access if you violate these Terms. Sections 5, 8, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
