Milu ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of you and your family. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Milu mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

Please read this policy carefully. By using Milu, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

Account information: Your name and email address when you sign in via Google or Apple.

Baby profiles: Your baby's name, date of birth, and an optional profile photo you upload.

Tracking data: Sleep sessions, feeding logs, diaper change records, and growth measurements that you enter into the app.

Collaborator information: Email addresses of family members or caregivers you invite.

Device tokens: Push notification tokens to deliver real-time updates to your device.

Usage data: Basic app interaction logs used solely to improve the Service.

We use the information we collect to create and manage your account, store and sync your tracking data, send push notifications, respond to support requests, and improve the Service. We will never sell your personal information or your baby's data to third parties, and we will never use it for advertising purposes.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your data only with collaborators you invite (who can view tracking data for that baby), service providers under strict data processing agreements, when required by law, or in the event of a business transfer.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Deleted baby profiles and their data are permanently removed within 30 days. Account deletion results in all data being permanently deleted within 30 days.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication is handled via established third-party providers using OAuth 2.0. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

Milu is designed for use by parents and caregivers and is not directed at children under 13. We collect information about babies only as entered by a parent or guardian, and we treat this information with the highest level of care.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can update baby profiles, remove collaborators, delete baby profiles, or request full account deletion by contacting privacy@milu.app.

The Service uses Google Sign-In, Firebase, Sign in with Apple, and Firebase Cloud Messaging, each governed by their own privacy policies.

We may update this policy from time to time and will notify you of material changes via the app or email.
